1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and Mega288 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Mega288 online casino and sports betting services available at mega288.lat and any associated mobile or desktop interfaces.

3. Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with Mega288, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all subsequent times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Mega288 enforces a strict 21+ age policy in accordance with international online gaming standards. Creating an account while underage, or allowing a minor to use your account, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
2. You must be registering and accessing the Platform as an individual person in your own legal capacity, not on behalf of another individual or any legal entity.

Mega288 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not satisfied. The opening of duplicate accounts by the same individual is prohibited.

4. Registration & Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You agree to promptly update any information that changes. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Before processing your first withdrawal request, and at any time thereafter at Mega288's reasonable discretion, we may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, international passport);
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence as proof of residential address (dated within 90 days);
• A copy of the payment card or e-wallet details used for deposits, as required for payment verification;
• Such other documentation as Mega288 may reasonably request for anti-money laundering or fraud prevention purposes.

Withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of KYC verification. Mega288 is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing resulting from incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

All account deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Mega288 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow instant transfer, FPX online banking, and direct bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) are also accepted.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. Mega288 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which Mega288 bears no responsibility.

All payment methods used for deposits must be held in your own name and must be fully KYC-verified before withdrawal via the same method. Third-party payments — meaning deposits made using an account not registered in your own legal name — are strictly prohibited. Any such funds received may be confiscated pending investigation.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from accounts that have completed KYC verification, have met all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds, and are in good standing with no open disputes or suspected fraudulent activity.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Processing times are as follows:

7. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Mega288 offers various promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP programme benefits. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented:

• Promotional offers are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

8. Gameplay & Sports Betting Rules

Published RTP percentages represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds and are not guarantees of individual session returns.

Sports betting markets, including football (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, international fixtures), UFC, and other events, are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each sport and competition. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the ruling of Mega288's trading team is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.

Bets placed after an event has commenced ("late bets") may be voided where Mega288 determines that the result of the event was known at the time of placement. Technical errors in odds pricing do not create an obligation on Mega288's part to honour manifestly incorrect prices; affected bets will be settled at the correct market price or voided at Mega288's discretion.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Mega288 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one registered account simultaneously (multi-accounting);
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without express written consent;
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial advantage;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Making a deposit using a payment method held in another person's name.

Mega288 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, Mega288 reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account(s), withhold pending withdrawals, and confiscate all funds where legally permissible pending investigation.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Mega288 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is the subject of a criminal investigation, court order, or regulatory inquiry;
• Mega288 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction;
• The account holder requests self-exclusion under the responsible gambling programme.

Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance remaining (net of any confiscated bonus funds or funds under investigation) will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with withdrawal processing requirements.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Mega288 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, and the Mega288 brand name and trademark, is the exclusive property of Mega288 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of Mega288. Unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of Mega288's intellectual property rights.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mega288's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Mega288 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of winnings, or loss of data. The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis and Mega288 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.
